Chamberlain West Hollywood Los Angeles is an urban, full-service hotel that opened in 2005 and was renovated in 2010 with 4 stories and 114 rooms. It was designed by David McCauley and the décor involves an eclectic mix of exquisite artifacts from a variety of genres and eras. Chamberlain complies with the 1990 American with Disabilities Act/ special preferences and services for disabled guests are readily available.

In house reservations are available Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Check in begins at 3 p.m. and check out time ends at 12 p.m. If you want to request early check-in, you must notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance or full-day room and tax will apply. For late check-out, charges may apply. Late check-out at 1pm is no charge. 2pm is a $50 charge. 3pm – 6 pm is a half day’s rate.


There is a 15.5% room tax that is not included in the rate and 9.50% sales tax.

Cancellation/ No Show

You must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival. Rate plans vary by rate code and also may vary during special events or when using special rates. No-show fee is 1 night’s room and tax.


Overnight valet parking is $42 with unlimited in and out privileges. Hybrid vehicle parking is $32. Parking on the street is only permitted for residents.

Pet Policy

A one-time non-refundable fee of $100 + tax per stay up to 7 days will be posted to your account upon check in. Only one dog is allowed in a room during your stay. All dogs must be less than 25 pounds. Dogs are not allowed in the bistro restaurant or pool area due to city health codes. Dogs must be kept in kennel/carrier when left alone in hotel room. Hotel room will not be serviced if dog is unattended and not in kennel/carrier. Please leave us your cell phone number or best number to call you at in case we need to contact you in the event there is any excessive barking or disruption to other guests. The Chamberlain is not liable or responsible for the well-being of the pet and the pet is not to be left unattended on hotel property.

Rollaway beds available for $25 per day are available in the Executive’s, Premiers and One Bedrooms only. An additional person is $25 per night for anyone over 17 years of age after double occupancy. A $23.14 daily amenity fee includes:

In addition to The Bistro, The Chamberlain West Hollywood offers exceptional rooftop dining with panoramic views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. This unique outdoor space, with its heated swimming pool and chic cabana, takes a page from Arabian Nights, creating the perfect place to unwind and dine on seasonal favorites from our room service menu.

The rooftop is open seasonally Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 8:30 p.m. The cabana seats up to 15 guests and is available for rentals and private functions.

Our business center is available 24 hours per day. It features 2 PC’s (HP Touch 9100) with 23-inch touch responsive screens and 2 Mac computers, one with a 21.5-inch screen and the other a 24-inch screen.


We have in-room spa/salon services available from outside vendors and our hotel concierge can assist with these arrangements.

We are 13 miles away from Los Angeles Airport. From LAX, take 405 Fwy North to 10 Fwy East. On 10 Fwy East, exit at La Cienega North. Stay on La Cienega North for approximately 3 miles. Once you pass the intersection of Santa Monica Blvd. make your first left onto Holloway. Proceed 2 blocks on Holloway to Westmount Dr. and turn left onto Westmount. Our hotel is located at 1000 Westmount Dr.

We are 10 miles away from Burbank Airport. From BUR, turn right on N. Hollywood Way. Then turn right on W. Olive Ave. Olive will turn into Barham and then turn right on Cahuenga Blvd. Take 101 S to Highland and exit at Sunset Blvd. Head west and turn left on La Cienega Blvd. Then turn right on Holloway Dr. and finally turn left on Westmount Dr.


There is a shuttle you can take that is about $30 per person through an outside company from either LAX or Burbank Airport. If you take a taxi it will cost anywhere from $45 to $75.


All suites have a night latch, dead-bolt locks, keyless electronic entry and view ports. Suites are equipped with hard wired smoke detectors. All suites feature interior entrance.


Connecting suites of Executive King & Executive Queen are available upon request. Please contact the hotel to set this up. 

We have 38 rooms with sofa beds and they are available in Executive King and one bedroom suites. Place request in the notes when booking.

Our handicapped rooms have roll-in showers with bars and fold-out benches. A ramp is available upon entering the room.
