- Q. Where are you located?
- A. We are located in the heart of West Hollywood minutes from the Sunset Strip. We are off of La Cienega in between Santa Monica and Holloway.
- Q. Is there street parking?
- A. There is no street parking due to the residential area. We do provide 24 hour valet parking for $14 during the day (until midnight) and $30 per night. If you have a Hybrid car your valet is discounted to $15 per night. During the day you will be able to find limited amount of street parking for 2 hours only. After 6pm it is permit parking only.
- Q. Do you offer a shuttle service to and from the airport? Or do you have a hotel car?
- A. No we do not have a hotel shuttle or a hotel car. However, we can arrange transportation for you via town car or limo service. Please contact the Guest Services desk for more information.
- Q. Are there any restaurants within walking distance?
- A. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We are located minutes from Restaurant Row off of La Cienega Blvd. They range from causal to fun LA dining experiences. The Guest Service Agents are available to help with any dinner reservations. Please contact them directly for recommendations.
- Q. What time is check in and check out?
- A. Check in is at 3pm and check out is by noon.
- Q. Can I get an early check in or a late check out?
- A. You are welcome to contact the Guest Service Desk and request an early check in. It is not guaranteed but we will be happy to note it on your reservation. If you arrive early and the room is not ready, you are welcome to dine with us in our Bistro or use our hotel facilities such as our great roof top pool.
- Depending on availability the late check out is available upon request on the day of your check out. Please contact the Guest Services Desk to inquire about late check out fees. We do offer ½ day rates and full day rates depending on the availability.
- Q. Can you give me a brief description on the room amenities?
- A. The rooms come with TV’s, DVD's, CD players and iHome's for you to play your own personal iPod. We have some rooms with sofa beds depending on the category you decide to book. We have baby cribs, rollaway beds and microwaves available upon request. The rooms also have hair dryers, robes and irons along with an ironing board and lastly they also have in room safes.
- Q. Do you have an ATM on property?
- A. We do not have an ATM on property however there is one just down the street from us at a local bank.
- Q. Which is the closest airport to you?
- A. Burbank is actually the closest airport to us. Approx 10 miles away.
- Q. How far are you from LAX?
- A. Approx 13.5 miles away from the hotel.

- A. We do offer wireless throughout the hotel. It is $10.95 for a 24 hour period.

- A. We have a complimentary business center located at the front desk. We have a laptop for our guests to use that is connected to a printer for you to print your documents at no charge.

- A. We do allow pets up to 25 pounds and there is a one time fee of $100 per pet per week. We have a waiver form that is required to be filled out at time of check in.
