Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in (by 3 p.m. PST). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card charge for one night. Special cancellation policies may apply to packages, promotions, certain arrival dates and certain rates.

Check-in time begins at 3 p.m.; Check-out time ends at 12 noon.

Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Service Desk, but is not guaranteed. Depending on availability, late check-out may be available on request on the day of check-out; fees may apply. The hotel does offer day rates based on availability.

Pets, up to 25 pounds, are welcome at the hotel. There is a one-time fee of $110 plus applicable taxes per stay. A waiver form is required to be filled out at time of check-in.
